Shipping, Returns & Repairs
SHIPPING
In most cases, your pieces are made to order.
Please know that we are a small business and carrying a lot of inventory is not a successful business model for us. We typically carry one to two pieces and, if in stock, you will receive your items in about one week depending on when the order is placed. When inventory demand is high, it may take two to four weeks. We will notify you if this is the case when we receive your order. Some pieces are made to order, which will be noted in the item description. Let us know if you need an item expedited more quickly - we can usually do that! Especially if you're buying a gift for a special occasion.
Our carrier of choice is USPS to keep shipping costs down for our customers. If you need delivery confirmation or live in a building without access to secure mailboxes, we suggest you contact us and we will ship requiring a signature or through UPS at their rate. Once we ship your item, we use tracking numbers to validate and confirm delivery. If you do not receive your order, we recommend you follow up with your carrier and your tracking number for further assistance.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the US.
RETURNS
'Love It or Return It' Policy - We Pay for Returns*
We really want you to love your pieces! Happiness = free shipping, so we pay shipping for your order of $100 or more. AND, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied or you changed your mind, we'll also pay to ship your return. Please first email us at info@relicadesigns.com to let us know if there is anything we can do to address the issue. You may return your new, unused (in original unused condition and packaging) items within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. We will email you a return authorization in the form of a UPS label to afix to your package.
*Note that we do not return items that have been customized in any way. All clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
To return an item, please fill out the RETURN FORM and include it with your return. Remember to make a copy of your receipt for your records.
REPAIRS
We stand by the quality of our pieces, and if for some reason your jewelry does not fit or lay correctly, we'll happily return it and make the appropriate adjustments. We gladly do repairs on our pieces within two years of purchase without a charge. After that, there will be a $25 charge on each piece you'd like repaired or adjusted. We only repair Relica pieces.
