'Love It or Return It' Policy - We Pay for Returns*

We really want you to love your pieces! Happiness = free shipping, so we pay shipping for your order of $75 or more. AND, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied or you changed your mind, we'll also pay to ship your return. Please first email us at to let us know if there is anything we can do to address the issue. You may return your new, unused (in original unused condition and packaging) items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will email you a return authorization in the form of a UPS label to afix to your package. 

*Note that we do not return items that have been customized in any way. All of our sale and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable as well.

To return your item, please fill out the RETURN FORM and include it with your return. Remember to make a copy of your receipt for your records. 


Your pieces are made to order. If in stock, you should receive your items in one to two weeks. If inventory demand is high, it may take up to four weeks. We will notify you if this is the case. Please let us know if you need an item expedited more quickly - we can usually do that!

At this time, we do not ship outside of the US.
